North Zone, South
Zone, East Zone, West Zone, Central Zone and North East Zone.
It has 28 states and 7 Union Territories.
The temperature varies from tropical monsoon in south to temperate in
north.
Most of India's northern and north eastern states are situated in the
Himalayan Mountain
Range.
The central and eastern India consists of the Indo-Gangetic plain. The
West comprises of Thar Desert and the southern Indian Peninsula is
entirely composed of the Deccan plateau. The city is known for its rich
and unique
cultural heritage.
It also houses many hotels to cater to its booming travel and tourism
industry.
India's
Economy
is also
flourishing. Many large financial companies, real estate companies,
consultancy services, educational institutions, mortgage companies and
insurance companies are headquartered in India
