YOGA AND AYURVEDIC - SAME COIN, TWO SIDES

Yoga is considered as a best physical exercise to keep the body in perfect shape. It helps not only in making quick movements but also helps in keeping the physic flexible. The postures of yoga are helpful in developing stamina in the body and also take care of the physical development of it. Above all yoga postures are also referred to be a part of a spiritual journey. It also helps in enhancing the knowledge and keeping the mind clean and clear. Useless thoughts are debunked from our life by practicing yoga on regular basis. A calm mental status helps in the upcoming of healthy body. The pros availed by health through a peaceful mind cannot be denied. It not only helps in keeping our cool but also enhances our knowledge regarding the relation between a human and its inner self.  

  Yoga and ayurveda are interred linked in a way that ayurveda is yogas healing side, and, yoga is said to ayurveda spiritual side. It is just because of these two in balanced proportion that one can attain eternity. Yoga in itself is not the ultimate source to healing. It is to be accompanied by proper sattvic diet, therapies such as aroma, color, sound therapy and so on. In ayurvedic program, also, a person is assured of being kept in an environment that suits his body so that proper healing can take place. If the environment is favorable then the body reaches its greatest potential. 

   It is a saying in ayurveda that harmony and health goes hand in hand. In disharmony there is a disease. Thus the ultimate combination of ayurveda and yoga direct a person to attain favorable health and perfect harmony. 

    Yoga is a vast term. The best mix of asanas and postures enhances the level of ones spiritual energy that is created in ones body through regular practice of meditation. Thus one has to gradually pas through all steps of yoga, so that he can create a proper foundation in his body which can manage with the increasing energy level in body which comes through spiritual practices. Yoga and ayurveda together incorporate the various ways of breathing and meditation. There are various forms of meditation for every human being as the nature of all is not the same and so every person can select the way which suits his persona and nature in the best way to achieve the desired results. 

  If we want to attain eternity through meditation by way of ayurveda and yoga then we must be prepared for a journey that might be long and will ask for a lot of dedication. This process of healing starts from the core i.e. our nature and transforms our conscience. Thus through this process the stress received by our mind through worldly affairs is reduced to a great level. 

  In that way we can end here by concluding that ayurveda and yoga, through meditation can heal the body from the mental injuries given by the world.
