Canned foods are safe during pregnancy. Herbal supplements, unpasteurized milk and foods such as cheese prepared from this milk, unpasteurized juices, vegetable sprouts, and raw vegetables are ideal foods during pregnancy.

Enjoying sex during pregnancy is safe for both, you as well as your baby. Many couple fear miscarriage or hurting the baby. They are worried about causing pain to the pregnant woman during intercourse. In case your pregnancy is at risk, you need to be cautious and should have relationship with strict consultation of your health provider. Similarly, after the fourth month of pregnancy, you should avoid lying flat on your back. This is because the growing uterus inflicts pressure on major blood vessels. During pregnancy you may have the drive to have frequent sex this is due to the hormonal changes. However, have sex only with one person so that you do not entertain any transmitted infections. Making your pregnancy safer is to avoid such relationship or ask your partner to use a condom during sex.

If you are expected to travel during pregnancy it can prove to be very exhausting. Adhering to certain tips may turn to be fruitful. Making your pregnancy safer can be administered by certain methods. Reducing stress during pregnancy is ideal for you and the baby. This you can easily follow by relaxing and listening to music. You can start reading or pursue your left out silent hobbies. This will involve your mind in a constructive way and there will be no traces of stress. You can take full advantage of your energy by participating in small walks with others. Ensure you take enough rest as it is essential for safe pregnancy. Reading on a beach, taking warm baths, spending quiet evenings and doing small shopping will leave you more energized.

Similarly amusement park rides are dangerous too, for you and your baby as these rides have swift and unexpected acceleration and deceleration. Scuba diving should be strictly avoided as the air bubbles are harmful for you and your baby.

Pregnant women cannot afford missing meals as they may faint. Eat healthy and nutritional food. Drink bottled water. Your pregnancy is safer when you drink lots of liquids as liquids are essential to avoid dehydration. Subsequently, liquids help in preventing swollen feet.
