Are you familiar with situations like when you dress and stay near the mirror you find yourself that you are no longer whom that you were before. And also did you felt while playing in the football ground that your legs are rubbing towards each other like it did never? Even if your answer is yes, no need to worry. There are a lot of people who are facing these things. You are not alone. We all are with you.

Most of us are always concerned whether we are growing or not. For example, girls always think about the growth of their breasts. Yes, they will be checking how much it has grown by the time and what must do in order to further increase or decrease it. And we take the case of guys, they may be concerned with the physical structure of their body like their chest, their muscles, their feet muscles, triceps etc. And the guys dont want to become skinny while in the case of girls they always love to become slimmer and slimmer.

Some people become fat not because they eat too much. That is due to the genetic behavior of the body. Sometimes their parents may also be fat. Likewise a guy who eats too much may not always become fat. Well, guys always want to become stronger and stronger. They love to build their muscles and show off with others. For this purpose they go to gym and do some hard work. They also consider eating protein powders so as to give the body the required nutrients essential for the growth of the body and also for building muscles. 

Well, a lot of changes are seen among the teens during their puberty. Their body shape and structure may now evolve into a new kind. Yes, sometimes, you might be happy to see that. But some others feel very sorry to see their body growth during the puberty time.

Lets take the example associated with my friend marry. She was only about 4-5 feet at the time when she was about thirteen years old. And after some two or three years, her body grew to about 5-6 feet in length. It was really shocking news for every one of her friends including me. 

Well, one should learn how to adjust ones body and its structure. Lets take the example of my friend Mappy. He is a guy who is fond of reading a lot of books. He is also a big health conscious guy. At the time when his puberty just started he was very lean and was only about 4 feet long. But what he did was, he searched for information related to how to adjust his body during the time of puberty over the internet. Yes, he said me that he was successful in finding good articles that helped him realize what all he should do in order to maintain a good strong body. So what he did was he worked very hard for the first two years of his puberty. And do you know what the result was? During the third year we could see tremendous change in his body shape and also his body structure. Now he is much powerful and stronger than ever. The key to his success is did the things that he must do in the right time.

While we grow from one stage to other we may find a lot of major and also minor changes I ourselves including smell etc. But these things are normal, and there is no need to worry thinking about those things at all. Below we are going to discuss some of the important aspects that you must consider and follow in your life. 

First of all stop the habit of comparing yourself with others. Most people have the habit of comparing about themselves with others. This is not at all a good habit. Actually there is no use of it other than wasting our precious time. That guy may be stronger than you, it may be because of the reason that he is more hard working than you. So it is totally a waste of time if you are going to compare such things. And what you actually must do, rather than comparing is that just concentrate on yourself, think what you can do in order to keep yourself fit and healthy.

The next thing that you must consider is that treat your body the right way. Taking food at the right time can impact a lo to the growth of your body. So remember that always. Also, eat what is nutritious and healthier for your body. Also dont eat so much that you become obese. If thats the case then you have to work a lot after words in order to return back to stage that you are now. And also dont forget to go to gym if you want to make your body and muscles stronger than ever. 

Dont quit sports. It is important to stay healthy and fit. But the true fact is that during the time of puberty that is the time during which we grow most of us stops playing outdoor games. This is one of the greatest mistakes the teens are making according to me. Playing cricket or football will only make you healthier and stronger. Some have the belief that they will become slim of they in the hot sun. But we should not think like that it is better for our health and for the fitness of our body.

It is a fact that we dont actually know how our body grows and is it actually growing or not. It is same as how the friendship starts growing and we never know how strong our friendship is during the course of our studies in the school. And after some two or three years only we may realize that. In the same manner, our body grows, and we realize it only after many years.  

Doing things like hiding your pimples behind your hair so that others cannot see that actually cause inverse reaction yes that way they will realize about your pimples. But what you should do is that dont care about hiding and all- and those who are keen to see it let they do it let they research about you let they do it and why should you bother about all those things. 

In the way as your body and its structures changed, you might be happy. So this doesnt mean that you should stop working to make your body fit and healthy. You should in fact never stop it. Otherwise you can see a drastic change in yourself in the near future. So what we advise is that you just do the things that are needed for maintaining your health even if you think that these things are enough and you will stay healthy for a long time. Just concentrate on eating nutritious food and also care about going to gym or exercising your body in your home itself.
