Marry invited her boyfriend john to go to the lake for the day with her family. Marry was damn sure that he will accept her invitation. Marry thought that John was really a good character to hang out with. He was cute too, that was one of the aspects that attracted him towards her. Marry was damn sure that he would accept her invitation.

But what happened was he denied going with her. Yes, he liked her very much and loved to spend time with her. But the reason for his denial of her invitation was that he was shy to take of his tea shirt in front of her. He didnt want her family and friends see his real body image that he usually sees in front of the mirror. What an excuse!

We all think that guys are carefree about their self when compared with girls. But the truth is that there are a lot of guys like my friend John whom spend a lot of time in front of the mirror. Yes, like the girls, they also care a lot about their appearance.

A lot of people say that guys are tough. But did you ever hear someone saying to become a guy is tough? Well, many of the guys think that there is nothing to care a lot about the appearance. Its just a waste of time. But indeed for many of the body image is a problem. We are not interested to talk about our body image, structure, its development etc. But the good thing about this is that we can work hard and build our body image to a well structured one.

Why actually the guys care a lot about the structure and the image of the body? Whats actually in it? What if they dont have good body image? Well, the thing is if we have a good body image, it means that we have a good positive mind. Thus this affects a lot with our behaviors towards others. Having a good body image makes one more confident in talking and spending time with their friends. Yes, it increases the self confidence in them

Well, do you think that Puberty affects our body image in any way? Well body image is one of the most important aspects of the body that plays a very important role in increasing and decreasing the self confidence associated with the guy. And puberty also plays a very vital role since during this time our body image changes a lot. 

Well, for some guys puberty is like a golden opportunity, and for some others it is really a headache. This is because during the time of puberty the body image of some guys become really better and better, with good structure. Whereas in the case of some other guys it inverse. Their body becomes worse than before. 

We think one thing, but it is not always true that it always comes true. Many of we guys have a lot of expectations during the time of puberty. But the fact is that our dreams dont actually come true. This is true for most of the guys. All the expectations go wrong and finally this affects the self confidence of that particular guy.

So the best way to handle this is dont think too much or keep too much expectation regarding the growth and development of your body image and structure. Leave it to faith. And just relax and do what you can do in order to maintain a good body. 

We often become depressed when our friends body image is better than us. And we feel our self smaller when compared to them. Well, there is nothing in comparing yourself with your friend. They might be living in conditions totally different from you. They might be getting good food and health. And thus you should stop the habit of comparing yourself with others. It will only waste your time. Also your self confidence will become lower and lower over the years.

Just think about genes. Yes, genes play a very important role in deciding a guys body image. So, it is not at all in our hands. So just be happy with what you have now and dont care about your past or future.

A lot of guys have the habit of thinking about these kinds of things when they are alone. These only make you weaker and weaker. Yes, physically and also mentally. So what we advice is that do your best you can do to make your body image better like by going to gymnasium or anywhere like that. 

It is always better to talk about such things with your doctor or with your parents. They will advice what to do and what is best for you. It is much better than thinking alone sitting in a corner of the room. 

Well, guys already think a lot about our self and worry a lot thinking about their figures. But that can be stopped up to an extent by giving them good advice. But these days media people are trying to make this condition worse by concentrating even on guys body image and all. They just want to sell their products and dont think any thing else.

But there was a time when these things were important only to girls. But the scene and situations around us have changed a lot during the course of time. Now there is only little difference between the guys and the girls when talking about their nature and thinking style. 

There is pressure on us. Yes thats true. So, in such a condition all we have to do is to do what we can to make everything go the best way. For that we are going to discuss on certain factors and areas that you should consider if you really want to make any improvement on you. 

First of all recognize your strengths. Different people have different skills. By skills we mean all type of skills like running, jumping, skipping, stamina, drawing, painting etc. Yes, sometimes your friend would be a good artist and you may be a good runner. So both of you guys are having a particular skill. So now what you have to do is just think how you can improve your skills, and dont think about comparing it with your friends. 

Are you thinking that being a good athlete is the best thing in life if one is considered about making a good body image and thus good self confidence? No, its not true. Some people might be good at sports. And sometimes you might be thinking that you also want to be like them. Well, what you get exactly while thinking so? It just wastes your time. They have certain skills, they develop them. In the same manner you also have certain skills so why dont you develop them? 

If you are really serious at making your body image look and well structured, then going to the gym or taking exercises from your home will also do the job. You dont need to do a lot of hard work extensively. You just need to spend some 1-2 hours daily for these types of things. But remember to carry out such things as a routine work in your life. Otherwise there will be no use of doing such things.

OK, dont always think that your body is of no use. Stop telling such things about your own body. It can only decrease your self confidence. Stop smoking and engaging at such practices that will make your body weaker and weaker. They will not only make your body image bad and weaker but also will be harmful for your stay in this world. So stay away from them...
