How To Be A Good Manager ?Being a HR Manager involves highly qualified skills in terms of Expression, convincing, persuasiveness, credibility, forcefulness, responsibility towards subordinates & organization.

Apart from selecting the appropriate staff an additional responsibility of any HR Manager is to get his team of employees to present the best possible results from their assigned job-works, this can be done in the following ways:

       Higher Incentives:

o        Advantage: This is the best possible technique to get the most out of your employees, because every individual wants more & more, as human needs are never satisfied.

o        Disadvantage: This process can only be used by organizations with higher budget allotted exclusively for Human Resources.

       Generating Competition:

o        Advantage: This is a great method & is useful if the organization has a considerable amount of workforce. One of the successful ways to Generating Competition is by providing targets to the employees & to give extra credits for the topmost execution of the work done.

o        Disadvantage: Other employees of the organization those are not often able to provide optimum performance even after providing their best get de-motivated very soon & in some cases start under performing.

Having constant discussion forums within the organization: A good HR Manager should not only be forceful on the decisions that he makes but should also be a good listener & an understanding fellow, he should have constant meetings with the employees of his organization & take several ideas from them about the working style/approach of the organization.

o        Advantage: This is one of the most prolific means to motivate your workers to unwrap their best productive talents; the employer gets to know their employees better & also their miniscule requirements that can be easily fulfilled. The employees start feeling more like they are being taken good care of, they start feeling worthy because of the fact that the employer cares about them & they start working for the company like its their own.

o        Disadvantage: This method can brutally fail, if the employer keeps praising & motivating any particular teachers pet. All the employees must have equal rights to represent themselves as a part of the organization.

HR Management is thus the most important & respected field in any organization, so if you are looking for a abiding career & have a charismatic personality that can motivate people to work better, HRM is the best opportunity for you.
